Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations or modifications once an order and/or digital proof has been confirmed and approved by the customer.
  • Any changes to artwork, sizes, or instructions after production has begun will be treated as a new order.

2. Return Policy

Because all our print projects are made-to-order, we only accept returns in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Defective or Damaged Prints
    • If your items arrive with print defects, color inconsistencies, or physical damage, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos of the issue, your order number, and delivery date to support@inkhead.ph.
  2. Incorrect Items Received
    • If you receive the wrong product, size, or finish compared to your approved proof, inform us within 3 business days of receipt.
    • Include photos showing the discrepancy and your approved mock-up for reference.
  3. Resolution & Remedies
    • Once we verify the defect or error, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following at no extra cost:
      • Reprint of the affected items
      • Partial refund if reprinting isn’t feasible
    • Replacement prints will be produced and shipped within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
  4. Exceptions – No Returns
    • Returns will not be accepted for:
      • Change of mind (e.g., customer ordering the wrong size or design)
      • Minor variations in color due to different screen/print media calibration
      • Requests made after the 3-day notification window
  5. Shipping & Handling
    • For approved returns, Inkhead covers the cost of returning defective items and shipping replacements within Metro Manila.
    • For deliveries outside Metro Manila, return shipping costs may be billed to the customer; replacement shipping will be covered by Inkhead.
  6. How to Request a Return or Reprint
    1. Email support@inkhead.ph within 3 business days of delivery.
    2. Include: Order #, contact details, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
    3. Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
